How can I put my own picture onto an item?

Easy.  You can either email us the picture or mail it to us.  We can return the picture with your item if you decide to mail it into us.

 

Can you change my picture?

We can do minor editing to your picture at no extra cost.  These include putting a border, adding letters and even cleaning up the picture.

 

Can you create artwork for me?

Yes, our on-site artist is available to put your ideas to work!  Just give us your idea and let us do our magic!! Of course, customized artwork will need to be approved before we can put it on an item.  All customized artwork is subject to a $30 art fee.

 

Can I send you an item I already have to personalize?

No.  There are certain types of materials/finishes that we can personalize for you. Therefore, we will not be able to personalize items that you may have already purchased.
